According to its own development strategy, NASCO builds up the scientific concept of “the human resource is the first resource”, and sets up the management mode of “people-oriented”. It focuses on the enterprise’s development and future, and pays attention on the employees’ cultivation and growth. When deepening the reform of enterprise’s personnel system, NASCO grasps the three steps of training, attracting and using in order to play the basic, strategic and decisive function of human resource exploitation in the enterprise development, and enhances the construction of talents team mainly made up of high-caliber managers and specialists with advanced skills, builds up the talents managing operation system. NASCO strengthens the enterprise through talents, makes an excellent platform to accommodate talents, then to support the group’s core competitiveness with strong human resource guarantee and extensive intelligence.
Current talents team and structure of the company is relatively reasonable. We have 206 formal staffs, including 10 staffs with kinds of medium and senior title of a technical post, 64 staffs with college degree or above. Besides we have plenty of sub-contract teams to support the business development, who are the important guarantee to achieve our own business strategy.
The plan of HR Department in2008 is: cooperates the completion of company’s second term project and enforces the personnel system reform; builds up a set of basic talents system and working style that links the modern enterprise system. It is expected that we will enroll about 100 staffs of various kinds, of which 80% are those professionals with the college degree and above.
The three-year objective of HR Department is: basically forms a manager personnel who can handle with the domestic and foreign markets’ competition, and also with high quality and efficiency; forms a professional team having excellent quality, outstanding function, adapting themselves with the needs of domestic and foreign markets’ competition.; forms an excellent staffs team that are regulated, well-balanced and qualified.
